Ph.D’s Programs 2008 of China Academy of Art for Non-resident Applicants

Non-resident Applicants (including foreign students, overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) who wish to join the Ph.D’s Programs of China Academy of Art in September 2008 should submit their application form during April 20-April 30, 2008.You can also come directly to China Academy of Art to submit your application form during April 20-April 30, 8:30-11:30 pm and 1:30-4:30 am in Room 329, Building 9, Nanshan Road number 218, Hangzhou, China.

Supporting materials required :
(a) Non-resident Application for Admission into the China Academy of Art (http://gjxy.caa.edu.cn/html/download.htm )
(b) Certificates of graduate studies (copy)
(c) Personal Certificate (copy of passport or ID card)
(d) Two frontal passport photos

Application fee:
240yuan RMB/per person (Overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)
500 yuan RMB/per person (Foreign students)

Application forms can be submitted to the office or by mail (according to the postmark date). Successful applicants will be issued exam permit.

The Ph.D’s Programs will have initial (usually written) and secondary (usually interview) entrance exams. The initial exam will be held during May 31-June 3, 2008 at the China Academy of Art. For details, please refer to http://zb.caa.edu.cn/pages/jianzhang/20.htm
